360 ReplacementAugust 1, 2008 2355My Xbox 360 has been having a lot of problems lately so I decided to send it in to get repaired / replaced. The only problem is that I have had it for much longer than a year however I was told that they rarely check for warranties because so many 360s are having problems. I was told wrong. However when I called in, they said they'd take in any 360 that gave a red ring. (even a partial ring) Once everything has been sorted out they give you two options... 1: they can email you the paperwork for shipping or 2: they can mail you a box for the 360. I chose the 2nd one. Today the box arrived and I will get it shipped tomorrow. I would also like to say that Microsoft's technical support is very helpful, unlike other's I've called. |
