Scientists are currently working on a project to create an artificial black hole using a newly constructed super collider. The black holes creation is supposed to happen this Friday.(unfortunately I forgot the name of this project)

Now, to get to my point, once this has been done who's to say it can't be done again on a larger scale. (but not too large as that would result in Earth's destruction) If this can be done then in theory we could use this as a WMD. If an enemy is launching a large-scale attack on us, then we could simply create a black hole in the middle of their army.

Something else, if this is possible we made not even need a military after a while because we may be able to create small black holes within a person. This would be more affective against terrorists or small, non-large scale conflicts.

The only thing I can think of that would stop us from using this once we have the technology would be the inhumanity of it, but then again that did not stop us from using the nuclear bomb. The reason I say it is inhumane is because of the spaghettification property. To some up spaghettification, it's basically being stretched to the point were you can't take it and your body is being continually ripped apart until it has been separated into its basic elements.
