There has recently been an extremely important announcement about Star Trek Online. To those of you who don't know, Star trek Online is the first MMORPG to take place in the Star Trek universe.

First you need to know some background about the game. The studio that was previously making it was sewed several months ago for leaking information about several other titles in development. That studio has since dropped all games it was developing, including STO.

Anyway, Cryptic Studios has recently announced that they will be developing STO. This is great news because I, and many other people awaiting STO, thought it was a lost hope. To those of you that don't know, Cryptic Studios developed City of Heroes, and City of Villains.
